Do I need to make an appointment online?
​​Online bookings are highly recommended to guarantee your preferred date and time. However, walk-ins are welcome based upon same day availability. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed for walk-in appointments and scheduled appointments will always receive priority.
 
Do you work with children?
Vamped Publicity is unable to service children under the ages of 15 due to operating daily as time sensitive. 
 
Can I reschedule my appointment? ​
Yes, client/s may reschedule within reason. Must reschedule within 24 hours prior to appointment date. Client/s are allotted a limit of (2)  rescheduled appointments within the month. Any more occurrences after may result as future bookings being blocked. It is encourage to please schedule accordingly.

What if  I'm unable to attend my appointment due to the weather?
Highly understandable! In the event of God's work occurring, stylist will reach out to all client/s whom appointments may be effected by the weather to arrange for better day/s of resuming booked appointment. Deposit will not be refunded, but will automatically transfer to cover for new arranged date/s & time/s agreed upon. 

What if I don't like the outcome of my hair or I have a hair malfunction?
Hair services are time based labor that can not be subjected to cash returns. All products, services and deposits are non- refundable and non-exchangeable. Under certain circumstances will deposits be transferable. If you are experiencing hair malfunctions, please notify your stylist within 24-48 hours of appointment with photo submission of the malfunction. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive contact back. This will allow the stylist to come up with a strategic way to better assess & accomodate the matter at hand. It is encouraged for client's to please feel free to voice concerns during service to immediately fix any details that may be out of place.  Failure to submit photo proof within 48 hours may result in request to be null & void. 

What if I don't know which service to book?
​No worries, located on the website is a search bar to type in keywords that will generate the services that may contain content as such. Still no luck? On the bottom right corner of your screen is a chat that stylist or website assistant may directly respond through to help with faster booking/page navigation. 

Products & Custom Wig Services

Can I swim with my hair bundles/wig unit?
Yes, it is highly recommended to shampoo bundles/wig unit with a clarifying shampoo after swimming to strip pool chemicals from compromising the integrity of the hair. In order to restore luster, follow up with your favorite shampoo and a hydrating shampoo. Deep condition bundles/unit for 30 mins. Rinse thoroughly and let air dry or blow dry using heat protectant. 

Can I straighten my deep curly bundles?
It is not recommended to straighten deep curly/wavy textured hair. Due to the tightness of the pattern, the risk of compromising the hair is possible. For versatility, body wave is a better choice of texture for creating bombshell curls, crimps, and wand curls without altering the hair's original formation. 

How long will it take for fulfillment of my order?
Turn around time takes approximately 7-10 business days for standard orders. Rush order turn around time approx. 3-5 business days. Advanced/Complex orders (typically heavy customizations/multi-colored units) turn around time approx. 10-14 business days. 

Shipping Method?
USPS Priority Mail  for standard & express orders.  Signature may be required. 

Can I pick up my order? 
Yes, local pickups are available by appointment only on Mondays between the hours 4pm-8pm. All pickups must be scheduled in advance. 
 
How to schedule for order pick up?
Stylist will be in contact all the way to assure the order is safe within client's possession. A strong pick up date and time frame will be discussed within the range of scheduled order of operations. No need for online search of booking.
